City Councilman Ceasar Mitchell Carjacked in Front of his Mother's House

What is going on in the City of Atlanta. This past weekend Ceasar Mitchell, the next City Council President, Ceasar Mitchell was carjacked for his Ford Expedition this past weekend. Worse, the incident happened in front of his mother's house after he dropped her off after leaving the Frankie Beverly Concert. Mitchell stated that the three young men, brandished a gun and shot it in the air.
We're just glad you're alive Ceasar. We can replace the car but we can't replace you.
